This Privacy Policy describes how INTERFUSION, Inc. (hereinafter ‘Interfusion’) handles your personal information for our services on the CoolJapanOnline.com websites (hereinafter called 'CJO'). Correction

CJO shall correct, add and delete (herein after called ‘correct’) the stored personal information immediately within the appropriate range limited to the deeds of utilization purposes CJO stated in the “Disclosure to Third Party” of this Privacy Policy, except if the law enforcement or other government officials regulate the disclosure procedure when you request CJO to correct the personal information in case of not accurate information. CJO may accept the request via the customer service section under the method stated by CJO. CJO will notify you immediately after having decided whether or not parts or all of the stored personal information is going to be corrected under the method stated by CJO.

Suspension

CJO will stop using or delete the stored personal information immediately once you request CJO to suspend your personal information because it has not been treated according to the Privacy Policy or your personal information was obtained by legal or illegal methods and CJO judges this request is reasonable. CJO may accept your request in the service section under the method stated by CJO.

In the case that this suspension needs a great amount of expense or there is some difficulty in the process, CJO reserves the right to choose an alternative way to protect your rights and privileges.

CJO notifies you promptly after deciding whether or not CJO will suspend the use of all or parts of the personal information you requested under the method stated by CJO.
